The task was an urbanistic and architectural solution of the residential building to be designed according to the Program of Supported Housing Construction in Daruvar. The free-standing building is elongated in the west – east direction. The planning and architectural solutions enable addition westwards. 

The elongated rectangular building consists of a ground floor and two floors. Dwellings with service and circulation areas are located on the upper floors .In order to improve the quality of ground floor dwellings the main entrance and flats are on the 80cm raised level. The building is entered from the north side, stairs are reached via the covered area in front of the entrance door and the wind break.
